Summer Promotion 2021 – Spend & Win Campaign

Promotion dates: July 15 – August 31, 2021

Only one (1) raffle coupon will be granted for every spend of AED 100 at any store or AED 200 at Lulu Hypermarket in Mall of UAQ, RAK Mall and Lulu Mall Fujairah to enter the raffle draw for a chance to win.

Prizes will be given in the forms of Laka Mall Gift Vouchers worth AED 1,000 per winner.

Winners will be selected each week or after 2 weeks as well as could be after the entire campaign as per management’s decision. 48 winners will be announced in each mall.

Social and Digital media prizes worth AED 2,000 from each mall will be given away to online followers as per the mechanism explained on social channel, the prizes will be Laka Mall Gift vouchers.

All raffle coupons will be issued electronically through a system. Different receipts can be accumulated together.

Redemption of receipts will only be accepted until the customer service desk closing hours however after-hours receipts can be redeemed next day.

An ID needs to be presented to the C.S. desk on collection of coupons. Any misspelled name that does not match the name in the original ID will be disqualified from the promotion and from winning the prize.

Original valid identification must be presented to redeem the prize along with the SMS of winning coupon. In case of failure the draw will be annulled, and prize will go the second winner.

In case the winner is minor, supporting documents will be required i.e. Child’s EID, Passport, Parent’s EID and Passport. Further documents can be requested as per requirement.

Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.

The winner will be notified through the phone call on their mentioned number at the coupon.

Prize not claimed within 30 days will be automatically forfeited.

The right to withhold prizes for any irregularities found in the draws held at Mall Management.

Money exchange and bank transactions are excluded from this promotion as well as ATM machines, DU and Etisalat bill payment receipts.

Owners and employees of the Mall outlets, LULU Group International, their suppliers and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in this promotion.

The Management reserves the right to cancel or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

The Management decision in relation to any aspects of a Prize Draw is final and binding on every person who enters, and no correspondence will be entered.

By participating in this promotion, the participant(s): -

-Gives his/her consent to receive promotional information from the mall, from time to time. The mall also guarantees customer information collected will not be shared to any third party.

- Agree to the use of their names, photographs and likeness for promotional/advertising purposes without charge and agree to make themselves reasonably available for this purpose.

- Fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts all the Terms & Conditions and the decisions of Mall Management, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.
