    ‘Spend and Win Eidiya’ promotion at Rak Mall starting 22nd of April until the 8th of May 2022. Based on the Ramadan theme, visitors who spend AED 100 in any store in the mall or AED 200 in LuLu Hypermarket stand a chance to win daily Eidiya prizes of AED 1,000 and the grand prize of AED 5,000 in mall gift vouchers.

    TERMS AND CONDITIONS :
  • Promotion dates: April 22, 2022 – May 8, 2022
  • Only one (1) raffle coupon will be granted for every spend of AED 100 at any store or AED 200 at Lulu Hypermarket in RAK Mall to enter the raffle draw for a chance to win.
  • Prizes will be Laka Card vouchers from Mall.
  • 7 Winners to be selected and announced after 1st week and 10 winners will be selected after the promotion period for a total of 17 daily Prizes worth AED 1000/- each.
  • 1 Grand Prize winner will be selected and announced at the End of the Promotion for the Grand Prize of AED 5000/-.
  • Social and Digital media prizes will be given away to online followers as per the mechanism explained on social channel, the prizes will be store vouchers.
  • The prize draw will occur after 1st week or at the end of promotion based on the management’s decision.
  • All raffle coupons will be issued electronically through a system. Different receipts can be accumulated together.
  • Redemption of receipts will only be accepted until the customer service desk closing hours however after-hours receipts can be redeemed next day.
  • An ID needs to be presented to the Customer Service desk on collection of coupons.  Any misspelled name that does not match the name in the original ID will be disqualified from the promotion and from winning the prize.
  • Original valid identification must be presented to redeem the prize along with the SMS of winning coupon. In case of failure the draw will be annulled, and prize will go the second winner.
  • In case the winner is minor, supporting documents will be required i.e. Child’s EID, Passport, Parent’s EID and Passport. Further documents can be requested as per requirement.
  • Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
  • The winner will be notified through the phone call on their mentioned number at the coupon.
  • Prize not claimed within 30 days will be automatically forfeited.
  • The right to withhold prizes for any irregularities found in the draws held at Mall Management.
  • Money exchange and bank transactions are excluded from this promotion as well as ATM machines, DU and Etisalat bill payment receipts.
  • Owners and employees of the Mall outlets, LULU Group International, their suppliers and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
  • The Management reserves the right to cancel or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • The Management decision in relation to any aspects of a Prize Draw is final and binding on every person who enters, and no correspondence will be entered.
  • By participating in this promotion, the participant(s):
  • Gives his/her consent to receive promotional information from the mall, from time to time. The mall also guarantees customer information collected will not be shared to any third party.
  • Agree to the use of their names, photographs and likeness for promotional/advertising purposes without charge and agree to make themselves reasonably available for this purpose.
  • Fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts all the Terms & Conditions and the decisions of Mall Management, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.
